These terms govern use of Finarium, an aquarium simulation provided by THEFISHHUB LTD. By using the app or its online services, you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].
Entertainment and husbandry information
Finarium is educational entertainment. It is not veterinary diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified aquatic veterinarian or experienced animal-care professional. Real requirements vary by species, animal, water source and equipment. Never release aquarium animals or plants into the wild.
Accounts and saves
You are responsible for access to your Google account and devices. Cloud saving may require Google authentication. We aim to preserve progress but cannot promise that services will always be uninterrupted or that every local change can be recovered after corruption, conflicting edits or misuse.
Virtual currency and purchases
Coins and digital items are licensed game content, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside Finarium. Google Play processes purchases and displays the final price. Except where law or Google Play policy requires otherwise, consumed digital currency is not refundable. We may correct balances affected by duplicate delivery, refund, chargeback, fraud or technical error.
Fair use
You must not manipulate purchases or saves, automate gameplay, exploit defects, interfere with services, access another player’s account, reverse engineer protected service components or use Finarium unlawfully. We may restrict online features where reasonably necessary to protect players, purchases or infrastructure.
Third-party services and sponsored content
Finarium may use Google Play, Play Games and infrastructure providers. Their terms may also apply. Clearly disclosed sponsored aquarium products may appear in the app; sponsorship does not override animal-welfare requirements or provide sponsors with player account data.
Intellectual property
Finarium, its original artwork, simulation design, text and branding belong to THEFISHHUB LTD or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
Service changes and liability
We may improve, rebalance, suspend or discontinue features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by unsupported modification, or decisions about real animal care made solely from a game simulation.
Ending use and governing law
You may stop using Finarium and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict online access for serious or repeated breaches. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to THEFISHHUB LTD, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page.
